Returns
Fourteen days
A piece can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, provided it comes back in the same condition and the same packaging. Original shipping is refunded; return shipping is on the buyer.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and the piece and reply to the order confirmation within seven days. The insurance claim is handled by Hung Piece; a replacement is not always possible because every piece is unique, so the refund is prompt and full.
Commissions
Commissioned work is made to a brief and is not returnable unless it fails to match the brief. Adjustments are always possible; write to admin@hungpiece.com and it will be worked through.
